Introduction,
The EB-10 is a development of Inepro  BV and the result of a long period of investigation, development and testing. The EB-10 is meant for solariums and replaces the conventional ballasts, capacitors and starters. The EB-10 is built for 10 Uv-lamps with 5 channels of 2  UV-lamps per channel. A total of 10 lamps with a power choice of 80Watt to 200Watt.

Installed Base,
The EB10 is installed in professional solariums since 2003 in United Kingdom and since 2004 also in Germany, Poland, Latvia and Norway. The first units have “worked” over
5.000 hours already.

Start Up,
A solarium with the EB-10 will start in less than 5 seconds.  At startup a check will be performed       to control internal channels and electronics. The first two lamps will burn after 1 second, each second another two lamps will start, therefore the solarium is fully functional within 5 seconds.    This means no peak currency at start up.

Operating Temperature,
The working temperature of the EB10 is approximately 35o above the temperature in the area.  When the total temperature gets above 80o,  the EB10 will switch off automatically and when the EB10 reaches a temperature below 70o it will be operational again. However, it will not switch the lamps on by itself.

UV Sensor,
We have developed a connection with UV Sensors to keep the lamps on a steady output During  the life time of the lamps. At the production you create a calibration point and from there the UV-sensors maintain the chosen output.

Aging facility,
Also available is an automatic (programmable) aging facility to create a steady output during the  life time of the lamps this function is
different for each type of lamp.
